Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat aktuální roli nevládních organizací v mezinárodním právu veřejném. Za tímto účelem zodpovídá tři výzkumné otázky, jež zahrnují: Postavení mezinárodních nevládních organizací v systému mezinárodního práva veřejného, participaci nevládních organizací na významných mezinárodních konferencích a smlouvách a možnost posílení subjektivity nevládních organizací uvnitř mezinárodněprávního systému. Případová studie pak poskytuje názornou ukázku fungování nevládních organizací v rámci mezinárodního společenství na jedné z nejvlivnější lidskoprávních organizací současnosti -- Amnesty International. The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the role of non-governmental organisations in international law. The work answers three questions involving: The status of non-governmental organisations, participation in conferences and negotiations and enhancing the participatory status of non-governmental organisations within the international legal system. Case study provides an example of functioning of international non-governmental organisations in the framework of the international community illustrated by the example of Amnesty International -- one of the most influential non-governmental organisations of our times.
