Bakalářská práce se zabývá gastronomickým cestovním ruchem na území Ruské federace. Hlavní důraz je kladen na výzkum toho, jak souvisí ruská gastronomie s cestovním ruchem, a jestli gastronomie ruská má tendence k rozvoji populárního typu cestovního ruchu na území Ruska, jímž je gastronomický cestovní ruch. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny základní charakteristiky gastronomického cestovního ruchu z různých úhlů pohledu a také jsou zde popsané motivační faktory, které nabízí gastronomie. Dále je představena Ruská federace a přiblížena ruská kuchyně, její historický vývoj, který je doplněný přehledem o produktech a pokrmech typických pro jednotlivé regiony a národy Ruské federace. Praktická část je zaměřená na sestavení trasy v duchu gastronomického cestovního ruchu, jež je založená na gastronomických festivalech a slavnostech probíhajících na území Ruska během jednotlivých ročních sezón. Výsledkem provedeného průzkumu je objevení čtyř gastronomických tras. This Bachelor thesis investigates gastronomic tourism in the Russian federation. The aim of the thesis is to research how Russian gastronomy correlates with tourism and to prove the ability of Russian gastronomy to form such popular niche of tourism as food tourism in Russia. In the theoretical part the basic characteristics of gastronomic tourism are presented and the motivating factors of gastronomy are described. The paper also contains the description of the realities of Russian cuisine and an overview of products and typical dishes from each region of Russia. The practical part is focused on the preparation of gastronomic route based on gastronomic festivals and events taking place on the territory of Russia. The thesis concludes with four gastronomic routes divided into four seasons.
