Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat čtenářům komplexnější pohled na právní úpravu rozvázání pracovního poměru výpovědí ze strany zaměstnavatele, která je obsažena v zákoníku práce. Snažila jsem se vysvětlit, jakým způsobem může zaměstnavatel ukončit pracovní poměr výpovědí. Zaměstnavatel může uplatnit pouze výpovědní důvody, které jsou uvedeny v zákoníku práce. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních částí. V první kapitole charakterizuji jednotlivé výpovědní důvody, upozorním na problematické situace v praxi, odliším od sebe výpovědní důvody, které se často zaměňují. Ve druhé kapitole aplikuji právní úpravu na konkrétní právní případy, které byly rozhodnuty Nejvyšším soudem ČR. Ve třetí kapitole uvádím přehled porušení povinností ze strany zaměstnavatele za roky 2009, 2013 a 2014 a za ně udělené sankce. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide readers with a complex view of legal regulation for the notice of termination of employment by an employer, which is governed by the Labour Code. I tried to explain possible ways how the employer would terminate the employment by a notice. An employer shall apply only the reasons for termination listed in the Labour Code. The work is divided into three main parts. The first chapter describes the particular reasons for termination. I highlight the problematic situations which arise from practice; distinguish the reasons for termination, which are often used interchangeably. In the second chapter, I apply the legal regulations to the specific legal cases that were decided by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. In the third chapter, I give an overview of the infringement of obligations by the employers for the years 2009, 2013 and 2014 and the penalties which were awarded.
