Bakalářská práce pojednává o současném postavení žen na trhu práce. Zaměřuje se na pokrok ve vývoji zaměstnávání žen a poskytuje náhled na alternativní možnosti zaměstnávání a obecně příležitosti ulehčující ženám bilanci mezi pracovním a rodinným životem. Významná část práce se věnuje komparaci mezi tím, jak tuto problematiku zpracovává zákoník práce a další právní normy a jak to funguje ve skutečném životě. This thesis deals with the present status of women on the labour market. It focuses on progress in the development of women's employment, and provides insight into the possibilities of alternative employment options, and opportunities in general that make it easier for women to balance their work and family life. A significant part is devoted to a comparison between how this issue is handled by the Labour Code and other legal norms and how it works in real life.
