Tématem této bakalářské práce je stárnutí obyvatelstva krajin Visegrádské čtyřky. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny základní ukazatele a pojmy související se stárnutím obyvatelstva. Druhá kapitola obsahuje grafy týkající se střední délky života a zdravé délky života ve státech Visegrádské čtyřky. Dále jsou v kapitole pomocí grafů znázorněny demografické ukazatele týkající se populačního stárnutí -- index stáří, indexy závislosti, index hospodářského zatížení a průměrný věk. Třetí, závěrečná kapitola, se věnuje důsledkům populačního stárnutí, důchodovým systémům v daných zemích a také obsahuje návrh na možné přizpůsobení důchodových systémů. Cílem bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím demografických ukazatelů popsat a porovnat stárnutí v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky a navrhnout možné řešení v rámci důchodového systému. Veškerá potřebná data pro výpočty a tvorbu grafů byla převzata z elektronické databáze Eurostatu. The Bachelor thesis deals with ageing of population in countries of the Visegrad Group. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first one, are introduced general indicators and terms connected with ageing of population. The second chapter includes graphs which are related to life expectancy and healthy life expectancy in the countries of the Visegrad Group. Further there are graphically illustrated demographic indicators related to ageing of population -- ageing index, dependency ratios, economic dependency ratio and average age. The third and final chapter deals wih population ageing, pension schemes in the countries given and also contains a proposal for possible modification of pension schemes. The goal of this thesis is a description and comparison of ageing in the countires of the Visegrad Group by the demographic indicators and also a suggestion of a possible solution in terms of pension schemes. All necessary data for calculation and graph creation were have been taken from the Eurostat database.
