Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy soukromoprávní neziskové organizace se zaměřením se na její fundraising a obeznámení s neziskovým sektorem a organizacemi, které do tohoto sektoru spadají. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je nejdříve věnována neziskovému sektoru, dále fundraisingu a veškerým pojmům s ním spojených, a v poslední řadě právním úpravám a daním v kontextu s neziskovým sektorem, dárci a sponzory. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní neziskovou organizaci, na které byla provedena analýza jejího hospodaření a fundraisingu. Následně byla tato organizace porovnána s jinou organizací obdobného charakteru a navrhnuta možná zlepšení v oblasti fundraisingu. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the civil / private non-profit organization with focus on its fundraising, current situation in the non-profit industry as well as a detailed overview of organizations, included in this sector. The paper is divided into a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part, at first, elaborates on non-profit sector, fundraising and its methodology and discusses the legal requirements & regulations in the context of non-profit sector, donors and sponsors. The research part applies the methodology defined in the theoretical part and analyses the operations and fundraising methods of the specific organization chosen for such purpose. The outcomes of the analysis were used to compare the company with a similar firm operating in the given industry in order to draft a possible strategies and improvements regarding the fundraising possibilities.
