Bakalářská práce analyzuje úspěšnost marketingové strategie dvou společností na sociální síti Facebook pomocí analytických nástrojů. V teoretické části se práce zabývá obecně sociálními médii, sociální zpětnou vazbou a angažovaností uživatelů. Poté ukazuje marketingové využití Facebooku a možnost analýzy dat pomocí Facebook Insights pro vyhodnocení úspěšnosti oslovení zákazníků. V praktické části se práce zabývá konkurenční analýzou Facebookových stránek Xboxu a Playstationu. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, která stránka oslovuje svoje fanoušky lépe a proč tomu tak je. Bachelor's thesis analyzes the success of marketing strategies of two companies on the social networking site Facebook using analytical tools. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with social media, social feedback and customer engagement. Then shows the marketing possibilities of Facebook and data analysis capabilities of Facebook Insights for evaluating the success of reaching customers. The practical part of the thesis deals with the competitive analysis of Facebook pages Xbox and PlayStation. The main goal is to determine which page appeals to their fans better and why it is so.
