Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě strategické a finanční analýzy vyhodnotit dosavadní finanční řízení společnosti Profil Nábytek, a. s. v letech 2008-2013, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky finančního hospodaření s ohledem na konkurenci, určit předpoklady budoucího vývoje a navrhnout doporučení pro budoucí finanční řízení. Práce je složena ze dvou částí. První teoretická část práce je věnována popisu použitých metod, teorií i poznatků z oblasti strategické i finanční analýzy. Obsahem druhé praktické části je aplikace teoretických metod a poznatků na konkrétní analyzovaný podnik, včetně grafického znázornění dosažených výsledků a příslušných komentářů. V závěrné části dochází ke shrnutí výsledků analýzy a identifikaci silných a slabých stránek podniku, podle kterých společnost obstála v dosavadním těžkém období, její situace se stabilizovala a je připravena na očekávaný vzestup celého odvětví výroby nábytku. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess financial management of the company Profil Nábytek, a. s. in the years 2008 - 2013 on the basis of strategic and financial analysis, to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the financial management in reference to competition, to determine the possibilities of future development and to propose recommendations for future financial management. The thesis consists of two parts. The first theoretical part is devoted to the description of applied methods, theory and findings from the field of strategic and financial analysis. The content of the second practical part is the application of theoretical methods and findings on the concrete analysed company, including graphic presentation of achieved results and corresponding commentaries. In the final part there are summarized the results of the analysis and identified the strengths and weaknesses of the company according to which the company performed well in the present difficult period, its situation has stabilized and is ready for the anticipated increase in the whole branch of furniture production.
