Táto bakalárska práca popisuje problematiku rodinných firiem a zameriava sa na ich výkonnostné rozdiely s nerodinnými firmami. Prvá časť pojednáva teoreticky o definíciách rodinného podniku, o ich postavení vo svete a hlavne v Českej republike, a o ich teoretickej výkonnosti. V druhej časti práce sa porovnávajú výkonnostné parametre najväčších českých rodinných spoločností s ich nerodinnými konkurentmi. Metodika druhej praktickej časti pozostáva z práce s databázou programu Albertina a v závere z výpočtu párového T-testu. Cieľom sú zistenia rozdielov databázových výstupov daných výkonnostných ukazovateľov. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku rodinných firem a zaměřuje se na jejich výkonnostní rozdíly s firmami nerodinnými. První část pojednává teoreticky o definicích rodinného podniku , o jejich postavení ve světě a hlavně v České republice , a o jejich teoretické výkonnosti . Ve druhé části práce se srovnávají výkonnostní parametry největších českých rodinných společností s jejich nerodinnými konkurenty. Metodika druhé praktické části sestává z práce s databází programu Albertina a v závěru z výpočtu párového T - testu . Cílem jsou zjištění rozdílů databázových výstupů daných výkonnostních ukazatelů . This thesis describes the issue of family businesses and aims to their performance differences with non-family businesses. The first chapter discuss, in theory, the definitions of a family business, its role in the world and mainly in the Czech Republic, and their performance. In the second part, the performance parametres of the largest czech family companies and their non- family competitive companies are compared. The methodology that is used in the second part consists of working in Albertina database program and the calculation of matched T-test in the end. The aim is the difference in the performance parametres of the database output.
