Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací CRM a webové analytiky v elektronických obchodech v České republice. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jaké metody používají elektronické obchody při integraci těchto systémů a jakých dosahují díky integraci přínosů. V práci jsou na základě studia literatury identifikovány způsoby integrace a přínosy z ní plynoucí. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi elektronickými obchody v ČR je následně zjištěno, jaké z identifikovaných způsobů integrace obchody využívají a v jaké míře dosahují identifikovaných přínosů. Přínosem práce je komplexní pohled na problém integrace CRM a webové analytiky v elektronických obchodech. This bachelor thesis deals with integration of CRM system and web analytics system in the Czech E-commerce environment. The purpose of this thesis is to identify methods of integration of CRM and web analytics and benefits from integration of these systems among e-shops in Czech Republic. The methods and benefits are defined on the basis of literature research. By using a questionnaire survey among e-shops, it is found which methods they use and which benefit they achieve. The main contribution of this thesis is the complex view of the problem of integration of CRM and web analytics.
