Tato práce se zabývá asymetrií informací na trhu s potravinami. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na dobrovolná značení a loga, která pomáhají spotřebiteli při rozhodování, a rozebírá vliv tří vybraných pořadů internetové televize Stream.cz, jejichž cílem je osvěta spotřebitelů. V praktické části práce metodou mystery shopping poukazuje na aktuální klamavé a nečestné obchodní praktiky výrobců a prodejců potravin. Nakonec práce hodnotí, zda dochází v posledních letech ke zlepšení situace na trhu s potravinami. This thesis looks into information asymmetry on the food market. In the theory part, it focuses on voluntary labeling and logos, which can help the consumer with his decisions, and analyses the impact of three selected Stream.cz programmes that help in the raising of public awareness. The practical part of this thesis uses mystery shopping to show some currently used misleading and dishonest commercial practices of food producers and sellers. Finally this thesis judges, whether there's any improvement on the food market in the last few years.
