Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je návrh řešení webové aplikace zjednodušující proces správy finančních toků kapel a objednávání koncertů. Teoretickým východiskem bude především průzkum konkurenčních a příbuzných služeb společně s pozorováním interních procesů kapely Hot Wings. Třetí kapitola shrne zjištěné poznatky do modelů business procesů a přinese grafické i funkční řešení aplikace včetně výčtu plánovaných technologií. V kapitole čtvrté následuje návrh cenotvorby a marketingových kanálů. Výsledek práce bude sloužit jako podklad pro vývoj reálné služby. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to outline a solution of a web application, that would simplify the process of managing band finance and concert orders. Profound understanding of the topic will be based mainly on market research together with an observation of real processes of a Prague-based band called Hot Wings. The third chapter will present the findings in form of a business process models as well as both graphical and functional solution with a list of planned technologies. In the fourth chapter it will be followed by an outline of pricing and marketing strategy. The result of the thesis will serve as an initial research preceding a development of a real application.
