Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvyšováním minimální mzdy a jeho vlivem na spokojenost příjemců. Téma minimální mzdy je opět aktuální a to vzhledem k jejímu zvýšení ke dni 1. 1. 2015 a dalším zvyšováním v budoucnu, které avizovala současná vláda. V teoretické části je popsána funkce, vývoj a mechanismy utváření minimální mzdy. Dále jsou nastíněny argumenty pro a proti minimální mzdě. V praktické části je analyzován vlastní empirický výzkum. Z tohoto výzkumu vyplynulo, že aktuální zvýšení minimální mzdy k 1. 1. 2015 má významně vyšší vliv na spokojenost než předchozí zvyšování. Možným vysvětlením je jeho aktuálnost a také jeho vyšší medializace. The Bachelor thesis deals with increasing the minimum wage and its effect on recipient's satisfaction. The minimum wage topic is current again due to the increase in January 1st, 2015 and another increase in the future that the recent government advised. In the theoretical part the function, development and mechanisms creating of minimum wage are described. Also there is an outline about pros and cons of the minimum wage. In the practical part own empirical research is analyzed. This research has revealed that the recent increase of minimum wage effective January 1, 2015 has significantly bigger impact on satisfaction than the previous increases. Possible explanation could be its topicality and higher medialisation.
