Neziskové organizace fungují na principu získávání finančních prostředků z veřejných a soukromých zdrojů a jejich použití na humanitární a další veřejně prospěšné účely. Jedním způsobem jak získávat finance je řada fundraisingových aktivit, které vykazují různou míru úspěšnosti. V této práci je efektivita fundraisingových aktivit rozebrána na případové studii neziskové organizace Lékaři bez hranic / Médecins Sans Frontiéres ČR (MSF). MSF mají ve svém portfoliu řadu fundraisingových aktivity, jejichž efektivita je v této práci kvantifikována za použití dat z výročních zpráv a tzv. strategických fundraisingových plánů. Zároveň je vyvrácena hypotéza o přímé úměrnosti mezi velikostí cílové skupiny a velikostí celkových příjmů. Na základě provedené analýzy je shromážděna sada pozorování a doporučení na zlepšení monitorovacího procesu získávání potenciálních a udržování stávajících dárců. Non-for-profit organizations typically work on the principle of obtaining funds from public and private sources and on the utilization of those funds for humanitarian and other publicly beneficial causes. One of the ways how to obtain funds is a number of fundraising activities of varying level of success rate. This thesis analyses the effectivity of the fundraising activities on a case study of Médicins Sans Frontiéres Czech Republic (MSF). This work analyses a number of fundraising activities present in the MSF portfolio and quantifies their effectivity using data from annual reports and strategic plans of actions. The hypothesis of the proportionality between the size of the target group and the size of the gross income is rejected. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of observations is collected and a number of recommendations on the improvement of the monitoring process of acquiring potential and maintaining existing donors is presented.
