[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ochraně hospodářské soutěže v oblasti zakázaných kartelových dohod. Teoretická část charakterizuje úlohu a poslání českého Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a Evropské komise, objasňuje důležité pojmy a popisuje postup antimonopolního orgánu při šetření kartelové dohody. V této práci vysvětluji, na jakém principu funguje program leniency a procedura narovnání. V praktické části zkoumám konkrétní příklady kartelů z České republiky a z Evropské unie. Účelem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu postupů a nástrojů použitých Evropskou komisí a Úřadem pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže při odhalování a řešení kartelových dohod.This Bachelor thesis is focused on the protection of economic competition in the area of the prohibited cartels. The theoretical part describes the role and mission of the Czech Office for Protection of Competition and European Comission, explains important terms and describes the procedure used by antitrust autority during the investigation into the cartel. The thesis explains on chat principle works leniency programme and settlement procedure. Practical part examines specific examples of cartels in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the procedures and tools used by the European Commission and the Office for Protection of Competition.
