Cílem této studie bylo ověřit možnost využití letního plůdku candáta obecného (Sander lucioperca) pro produkci násadového materiálu v kontrolovaných podmínkách. Dvě skupiny těchto ryb byly převedeny z přirozené diety na umělou dietu pomocí polovlhkého krmiva (varianta A) a pstružího suchého krmiva (Dan-Ex 1352 - varianta B). Průměrná celková délky (TL) importovaných ryb byla 44,3 mm a průměrná individuální hmotnost (w) 0,606 g. V každé nádrži bylo 255 jedinců. Počáteční hustota obsádky byla 2,34 g.l-1 (3,86 ks. l-1). Teplota vody během experimentu kolísala v intervalech 21-23 0C. Dne 14. července 2004 byla u 96 chovaných jedinců ve variantě A průměrná individuální hmotnost 1,51 g (přežití 37%) a u 61 jedinců ve variantě B průměrná individuální hmotnost 1,26 g (přežití 24%). Dne 30.10. 2004 byla průměrná individuální hmotnost ryb 13,34 g. Náš jednoduchý experiment prokázal možnost exploatace plůdku candáta obecného pro intenzívní chov násadového materiálu. The aim of this study was to check the possibilities of exploitation of summer zander (Sander lucioperca) fry for production of stock material under controlled conditions. Two groups of these fish were converted from natural diet to artificial diet using the semi-moist feeding mixtures (variant A) and trout feed (Dan-Ex 1352 - variant B). The average total length of imported fish was 44,3 mm and the average idividual weight was 0,606 g. There were 255 individuals in each tank. The initial stock density was 2,34 g.l-1 (3,86 ks.l-1). The water temperarute during this experiment fluctuated in intervals 21 ů 23 oC. Our simple experiment confirmed possibility of exploitation of summer zander fry to intensive rearing of stock material.
