V celkové uhlíkové bilanci ekosystému se v extrémních dnech uplatnila významná deprese fotosyntézy, vysoká autotrofní respirace, ale utlumená heterotrofní respirace. The result of water deficit in humus layer however caused significant decrease of heterotrophic respiration measured in extreme days.
