Témou mojej diplomovej práce je controlling. V prvej časti, ktorá je teoretická, je popísaná história, význam a funkcie controllingu a taktiež vybrané metódy strategického, operatívneho a nákladového controllingu. V praktickej časti sú aplikované metódy controllingu vo vybranej firme. Cieľom tejto práce je zistiť prínos controllingu vo firme. Na operatívnej úrovni je popísaný proces fungovania controllingu a sú tu poskytnuté návrhy na jeho zlepšenie. Na úrovni finančného controllingu boli zanalyzované základné ukazovatele finančnej analýzy. V rámci strategického controllingu bola prevedená SWOT analýza slúţiaca k výberu vhodnej stratégie firmy. Na záver sú zhrnuté jednotlivé výsledky a je poukázané na vhodnosť zavádzania controllingu do firmy. Tématem diplomové práce je controlling. V první části práce, která je teoretická, je popsána historie, význam a funkce controllingu a následně také metody strategického, operativního a nákladového controllingu. Cílem této práce je zjistit přínos controllingu ve firmě. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody controllingu ve vybrané firmě. Na operativní úrovni je popsaný proces fungování controllingu a jsou zde poskytnuty návrhy na jeho zlepšení. Na úrovni finančního controllingu byly zanalyzovány základní ukazatele finanční analýzy. V rámci strategického controllingu byla provedena SWOT analýza sloužící k výběru vhodné strategie firmy. Na závěr jsou shrnuty jednotlivé výsledky a je poukázáno na vhodnost zavádění controllingu do firmy. The topic of my diploma thesis is controlling. The first part is theoretical where I describe the history, meaning and functions of controlling. After that I also specify the methods of strategical, operational and cost controlling. The practical part applied method of controlling to the selected company. The aim of this study is to determine the benefits of controlling for the company. At the operational level it describes the process of controlling in the firm and there are given suggestions for its improvement. At the level of financial controlling it was analyzed indicators of financial analysis. As part of strategic controlling I prepared SWOT analysis with the purpose of finding the best strategy for the firm. At the end I will summarize the results of my thesis and I will point out the necessity of having the controlling established in company.
