Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu firmy MIKROTECHNA PRAHA, a. s. za období 2009-2013. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, kterými jsou metodická a praktická část. Metodická část popisuje jednotlivé vybrané postupy a ukazatele, které slouží k určení finanční situace podniku. Praktická část se zabývá představením společnosti MIKROTECHNA PRAHA, a. s. a dále samotnou aplikací postupů a ukazatelů na analyzovaný podnik. Jako první je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza, dále analýza poměrových ukazatelů a v neposlední řadě zaměření na bonitní a bankrotní modely. Při analýze poměrových ukazatelů dojde ke srovnání s dvěma konkurenčními podniky. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje shrnutí výsledných hodnot a zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company MIKROTECHNA PRAHA, a. s. for the period 2009-2013. Thesis is divided into two main parts, which are the methodical part and the practical part. The methodical part describes the procedures and the indicators, which are used for determination of the financial state of the company. The practical part deals with the presentation of the company MIKROTECHNA PRAHA, a. s. and then application of the procedures and the indicators for the analysed company. Horizontal and vertical analyses are in the beginning of the practical part, after that is ratio analysis and finally focus on creditworthy and bankruptcy prediction models. The results of chosen company will be compared with two competing firms in ratio analysis. The conclusion contains a summary of the results and an evaluation of the financial state of the company.
