Diplomová práce si dává za cíl navržení Balanced Scorecard ve středně velké firmě Mironet.cz, působící v oboru IT. Teoretická část se skládá z popisu aplikované metodiky a popisu firmy samotné. Praktická část se zaměřuje přímo na strategickou analýzu včetně určení slabých a silných stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb. Na ně navazuje určení strategických cílů pro jednotlivé perspektivy Balanced Scorecard, tvorba strategické mapy a rozvinutí měřítek jednotlivých dílčích strategických cílů. V závěru dochází k zhodnocení případné aplikace Balanced scorecard. The purpose of thesis is to design measurment system of productivity in SME (real company Mironet.cz from It sector). The theoretical part consists of a description of the applied methodology and description of the company itself. The practical part focuses directly on the strategic analysis including identification of strengths and weaknesses , opportunities and threats. It is followed up setting strategic objectives for each perspective of the Balanced Scorecard , strategic mind-map creation and establishing scales individual sub- strategic objectives. The end of thesis consider possible applications of the Balanced Scorecard.
