Diplomová práce se zabývá lidskými zdroji, trhem práce a regionálním rozvojem v Olomouckém kraji. Cílem práce je posouzení úrovně lidských zdrojů a jejich úlohy v regionálním rozvoji Olomouckého kraje ve srovnání s regiony České republiky na úrovni NUTS III a formulace doporučení na zaměření regionální politiky v oblasti lidských zdrojů. Doporučení jsou formulována na základě vlastních dotazníkových šetření u zaměstnavatelů a obyvatel regionu. Práci tvoří čtyři části. První z nich je zaměřena na teoretické a koncepční vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti lidských zdrojů, trhu práce a regionálního rozvoje. Druhá část se zabývá vývojem regionální politiky a jejím fungování po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. Pozornost je věnována také zpracování strategických rozvojových dokumentů na více úrovních. Ve třetí části práce je vyhodnocená úroveň lidských zdrojů v České republice, prostřednictvím analýzy dlouhodobého vývoje ukazatelů ekonomické a sociální úrovně a trhu práce, a jejich význam pro regionální rozvoj. Čtvrtá část práce je zaměřena na vývoj a úroveň lidských zdrojů v Olomouckém kraji a určení pořadí kraje v rámci regionů NUTS III v České republice. Součástí čtvrté části je vyhodnocení dotazníkových šetření u obyvatel a zaměstnavatelů Olomouckého kraje. V závěru práce jsou formulována doporučení na zaměření regionální politiky v oblasti lidských zdrojů v Olomouckém kraji. The diploma thesis focuses on human resources, labor market and regional development in the region Olomouc. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the level and quality of the human resources and its role in the regional development in the region Olomouc compared to other NUTS III regions in the Czech Republic and formulation of recommendations to a regional policy in supporting of the human resources. Recommendations are based on the own survey among the residents and employees in the region Olomouc. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first one focuses on theoretical and conceptual demarcation of human resources, labor market and regional development. The second part defines development of regional policy in the Czech Republic and European Union. This part also focuses on the elaboration of strategic development documents on different levels. In the third part of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the level of human resources in the Czech Republic. It is based on the long-run analysis of economic and social indicators and labor market. The fourth part focuses on analysis of development and level of human resources in region Olomouc compared to other NUTS III regions in the Czech Republic. This part also contains the evaluation of survey among the residents and employees in the region Olomouc. The conclusion formulates recommendations on regional policies in human resources in the region Olomouc.
