Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu výstavby a provozu beachvolejbalového areálu na Praze 3. Hlavním cílem tohoto dokumentu je zpracovat podnikatelský plán a vyhodnotit proveditelnost a ţivotaschopnost projektu. Dílčími cíli jsou identifikace vhodné lokality k realizaci, zpracování finančního plánu projektu a vyhodnocení míry výnosnosti investice. Teoretická část se věnuje klíčovým pojmům souvisejících s prací, struktuře podnikatelského plánu a podstatě metod, které jsou v práci aplikovány. Praktickou část představuje samotný podnikatelský plán. Důraz je v praktické části kladen na programy zvyšující návštěvnost areálu, vlastní dotazníkové šetření vyuţité v rámci analýzy zákazníka, analýzu konkurence, marketingový a finanční plán. This thesis deals with a business plan of constructing and running beach volleyball courts in Prague 3. The main target of this thesis is to create a business plan and evaluate its viability and profitability. Secondary targets are identification of convenient location for the project, creation of a financial plan and investment rate of return evaluation. The theoretical part contains definitions of key terms, general structure of a business plan and principles of methods applied in the second part. Practical part is the actual business plan, where are designed specific programs in order to increase occupancy of courts during work days. Practical framework also includes analysis of target customers, analysis of a competition, marketing and financial plan.
