Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá implementáciou kľúčových ukazovateľov výkonnosti vo vybranom výrobnom podniku pomocou metódy Balanced Scorecard. Cieľom diplomovej práce je, na základe metódy Balanced Scorecard, navrhnúť strategickú mapu a strategické ukazovatele výkonnosti, ktoré povedú k zlepšeniu riadenia spoločnosti a následne využitie týchto výstupov k zavedeniu pilotného riešenia Business Intelligence pri súčasnej dostupnosti dát v tejto spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú časť, ktorú autor uvádza rešeršou zdrojov a následne popisuje prístupy k meraniu výkonnosti podniku, ďalej popisuje samotnú metódu Balanced Scorecard a definuje kľúčové ukazovatele výkonnosti. V praktickej časti je spracovaná strategická analýza spoločnosti a je navrhnutá Balanced Scorecard spolu s kľúčovými ukazovateľmi výkonnosti pre túto spoločnosť. V druhej časti praktickej časti je popísaná implementácia pilotného riešenia Business Intelligence v nástroji Qlikview. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti ve vybraném výrobním podniku pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Cílem diplomové práce je, na základě metody Balanced Scorecard, navrhnout strategickou mapu a strategické ukazatele výkonnosti, které povedou ke zlepšení řízení společnosti a následně využití těchto výstupů k zavedení pilotního řešení Business Intelligence při současné dostupnosti dat v této společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kterou autor uvádí rešerší zdrojů a následně popisuje přístupy k měření výkonnosti podniku, dále popisuje samotnou metodu Balanced Scorecard a definuje klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti. V praktické části je zpracována strategická analýza společnosti a je navržena Balanced Scorecard spolu s klíčovými ukazateli výkonnosti pro tuto společnost. Ve druhé části praktické části je popsána implementace pilotního řešení Business Intelligence v nástroji Qlikview. This diploma thesis deals with implementation of key performance indicators by means of Balanced Scorecard in a selected manufacturing company. The aim of the thesis is to design a strategic map and propose key performance indicators based on Balanced Scorecard system which will lead to improved management of the company. Afterwards the outputs of the designed Balanced Scorecard are used for implementation of an initial Business Intelligence solution using currently available data of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, which is introduced by research of available literature. Next the author describes approaches to business performance measurement, Balanced Scorecard itself and key performance indicators. In the practical part, the author performs a strategic analysis of the company and designs the Balanced Scorecard with key performance indicators for the company. In the second part of the practical part, implementation of the initial Business Intelligence solution in Qlikview application is described.
