Práce je zaměřena na oblast implementace ERP řešení od firmy SAP v podnikovém prostředí, a to především na implementační metodiku a definici projektu. Hlavním cílem práce je postavit metodiku založenou na ASAP metodice dle zkušeností z již proběhnutých projektů ve firmě, ve které pracuji a která se danými implementacemi přímo zabývá. Práce podrobně ukazuje, jak takový projekt probíhá, definuje ho a popisuje implementační meto-diku s jejími výstupy a cíli. V práci se také nachází stručný popis ERP systému ale také systému SAP HANA, která je v době psaní této práce na trhu novinkou. Na závěr práce je stručně ukázáno, jak probíhá instalace SAP HANA ve spojení s ERP s přihlédnutím na dříve vytvořenou metodiku. The diploma thesis focuses on implementation of ERP solution produced by SAP, especially on implementation methodology and project definition, in a company environment. The main aim of this thesis is to devise methodology based on ASAP methodology using experience from previous projects of the company I work for. This company specializes in software implementation. This text reveals phases of a project in great details, defines it and describes implementation methodology including outputs and aims. The text also includes a brief description of not only ERP system, but also SAP HANA system. SAP HANA (at the time of writing this text) is an innovative product. Finally, SAP HANA installation is briefly described along with ERP, considering the previously created methodology.
