Práce se zabývá průmyslově právní ochranou v rámci výzkumu a vývoje v technologické hale projektu Centra Algatech, Mikrobiologický ústav AV ČR, v.v.i. -- vědecké pracoviště Třeboň. Cílem práce je rozbor možností ochrany duševního vlastnictví daného projektu tak, aby Centrum Algatech získalo základní přehled o řešeních, které má v této oblasti k dispozici. This diploma thesis deals with the industrial and legal protection. The key issue is related to the research and development in the technology hall within the Centre Algatech project (Institute of Microbiology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic). The aim is to analyze the possibilities of intellectual property protection of this project. The Centre Algatech should obtain an overview of all relevant solutions related to this problem of intellectual property.
