Práce se zabývá stanovením a analýzou stylu vedení ve vybrané pracovní skupině, spokojeností zaměstnanců a zjištěním efektivity práce. Dílčím cílem bylo rozdělení zaměstnanců na spokojené a nespokojené a u každé z těchto skupin určit faktory, které jejich spokojenost nejvíce ovlivňují. Teoretická část práce obsahuje poznatky z psychologie a sociologie se zaměřením na definice pracovní skupiny, styly vedení a efektivitu práce. Praktická část shrnuje vlastní výzkum autorky, na základě kterého analyzovala styl vedení, spokojenost pracovníků s různými aspekty stylu vedení a s ostatními faktory, které do určité míry ovlivňují jejich celkovou spokojenost, globální efektivitu a individuální efektivitu jednotlivých pracovníků. Na závěr byla zjištěna celková efektivita práce vybrané skupiny. The thesis deals with the determination and analysis of management style in the selected work-group, employee satisfaction and identifying work efficiency. A partial goal was to divide employees to two groups according to their happiness. The first group included happy employees and the second group included unhappy employees. The next step was to identify the factors of each group that influence satisfaction of the workers the most. The theoretical part contains the theoretical knowledge of psychology and sociology with a focus on the definition of working groups, management styles and work efficiency. The practical part summarizes the author's own research, based on which the author analyzed the style of management, satisfaction of workers, with various aspects of management style and other factors, which to some extent affect their overall satisfaction, overall efficiency and effectiveness of each individual worker. Finally, the overall effectiveness of the selected group was detected.
