Práca je riešená v kontexte pretrvávajúcej krízy na Ukrajine, ktorá je významnou tranzitnou krajinou ruského zemného plynu a ropy do EU. Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je analyzovať tri možné scenáre vývoja energetickej politiky EU v oblasti ropy a zemného plynu s ohľadom na situáciu na Ukrajine. Cieľom práce je na základe analýzy faktov a súčasnej energetickej situácie EU odpovedať na otázku aké smerovanie by mala mať energetická politika v oblasti ropy a zemného plynu a do akej miery je ovplyvnená Ukrajinskou krízou. Práca je delená na dve časti, kde v prvej časti sú charakterizovaní hlavní aktéri - Európska únia, Rusko a Ukrajina. V druhej časti sú analyzované tri možné scenáre vývoja energetickej politiky EU. Výsledkom analýzy scenárov a hodnotenia faktov je návrh možného riešenia energetickej situácie EU zmenou jej postoja k bridlici a nekonvenčnej ťažbe ropy a zemného plynu. Práce je řešena v kontextu přetrvávající krize na Ukrajině, která je významní tranzitní krajina ruského zemného plynu a ropy v EU. Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat tři možné scénáře vývoje energetické politiky EU v oblasti ropy a zemného plynu s ohledem na situaci na Ukrajině. Cílem práce je, na základě analýzy faktů a současné energetické situace EU, dát odpověď na otázku jaké směrování by měla mít energetická politika v oblasti ropy a zemního plynu a do jaké míry je ovlivněná Ukrajinskou krizí. Práce je dělená na dvě časti, kde v první části jsou charakterizovaní hlavní aktéři -Evropská unie, Rusko a Ukrajina. V druhé části jsou analyzované tři možné scénáře vývoje energetické politiky EU. Výsledkem analýzy scénářů a hodnocení faktů je návrh možného řešení energetické situace EU změnou jejího postoje k břidlici a nekonvenční těžbě ropy a zemního plynu. The work is written and solved in the context of ongoing crisis in Ukraine, which is a major transit country for Russian gas and oil to the EU. The subject of this diploma thesis is to analyze three possible scenarios of EU energy policy in the field of oil and gas with respect to the situation in Ukraine. The aim of this work is to answer the question what direction should the energy policy of EU have in case of oil and gas and to what extent it is influenced by the Ukrainian crisis, based on an analysis of the facts and the current energy situation of the EU. The work is divided into two parts, where the first is characterization of the major players -- the European Union, Russia and Ukraine. In the second part, three possible scenarios for the EU energy policy are analyzed. The proposed possible solutions for energy situation based on the analysis of the facts assessed in the thesis, is the change of the EU attitude towards the shale and unconventional petroleum and natural gas.
