Primárním cílem této práce je nalézt skutečné příčiny problému ve společnosti a následně vytvořit nejvhodnějšího opatření k jeho eliminaci. V první části práce jsou představeny základní přístupy, které se zaobírají změnami v organizacích. Těmito přístupy jsou Procesní management, Reengineering, Six Sigma, Lean management a Analýza kořenových příčin. Poznatky z těchto okruhů, zejména z Analýzy kořenových příčin, jsou aplikovány při vytváření určitých konceptů na zvýšení efektivity v praktické části. V jejím úvodu je představena společnost a vymezen hlavní problém, se kterým se společnost potýká. Následně je provedena analýza současného stavu, která pomocí detailního vykreslení probíhajících procesů identifikuje zásadní problém. Na základě tohoto zjištění jsou diagnostikovány možné skutečné příčiny, ke kterým jsou vytvořena jednotlivá možná řešení. Po zhodnocení jednotlivých návrhů řešení je vybráno to, které vede k největšímu zvýšení efektivity. Závěrem jsou vytvořeny specifikace vybraného řešení a vyhodnoceny jeho přínosy. Primary objective of this thesis is identify the actual causes of the problem in the organization and subsequently create the most appropriate measures for its elimination. In the first part of thesis basic approaches which deal with changes in organizations are introduced. These approaches are Process Management, Reengineering, Six Sigma, Lean management and Root Cause Analysis. Some of the principles and methods introduce especially in the Root Cause Analysis are then applied during suggestions development in the practical part of the thesis. The second part begins with the introduction of the company and the main problem that the company faces is defined. It is thereafter followed by analysis of the current state which uses a detailed rendering of ongoing processes identifies a critical issue. Based on these findings are diagnosed possible real causes which possible individual solutions are formed. After evaluation of individual proposals that solution is selected which leads to the largest increase in efficiency. In conclusion the specifications of the selected solution are created and evaluated its contributions.
