[cze][eng] Problematika ekonomického využití a animace kulturních nemovitých památek se v současné době dotýká zejména objektů lokálního významu. V diplomové práci je řešena otázka efektivnosti ekonomizace nemovitých památek ve správním obvodu Praha 11. Na základě analýzy regionu je dále hodnocena nabídka kulturních produktů nejvýznamnější památky Prahy 11 z hlediska obsahové náplně, návštěvnosti a využití kapacity. Na základě zjištěných údajů a výsledků dotazníkového šetření přináší práce návrhy rozšíření nabídky Chodovské tvrze o nové atraktivní produkty. V konečném důsledku se jedná o doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení návštěvnosti a celkového využití kapacity tvrze.The issue of economic utilization and cultural animation of immovable monuments currently affects mainly the objects of local significance. The thesis addressed the question of the efficiency of economization of architectural heritage in the administrative district of Prague 11. Based on the analysis of the region, the range of cultural products offered by the most important sights of Prague 11 is further examined in terms of content, attendence and capacity utilization. Based on the data and the results of the survey, the thesis brings proposals of Chodov's stronghold expansion with new attractive products. Ultimately, it is the recommendation how to increase attendance and overall capacity utilization of the stronghold.
