Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zadlužení českých domácností. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a analyticko-praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje domácímu hospodaření a úvěrování. V analyticko-praktické části autorka mapuje vývoj a strukturu poskytnutých úvěrů domácnostem v letech 1993-2014. Míra zadlužení je posouzena vzhledem k bankovním vkladům, čistému disponibilnímu důchodu domácností, HDP, státnímu dluhu a srovnána se zadlužením domácností EU. V závěru autorka dochází ke zjištění, že současná výše dluhu domácností není pro ekonomiku problémem a že razantní nárůst zadluženosti v současné době nehrozí. Schopnost splácet dluhy však není příliš vysoká, o čemž svědčí narůstající počet exekucí a vyhlášených osobních bankrotů. Původcem obtíží je nízká finanční gramotnost občanů a nezodpovědný přístup k úvěrování jak na straně věřitelské, tak na straně dlužnické. The Master's thesis deals with the indebtedness of Czech households. The thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical-practical part. The theoretical part deals with the home economic activities and lending. In the analytical-practical part the author describes the evolution and structure of loans provided to households between 1993 and 2014. The debt ratio is appraisaled in relation to bank deposits, net disposable household income, GDP, national debt and compared with households in the EU. In final the author runs to the conclusion that the current level of debt of households is not any problem for the economics and that there is not any danger of the rapid growth of indebtedness nowadays. Ability to repay debts is not too high as evidenced by the increasing number of executions and personal bankruptcies. The cause of difficulties is the low financial literacy of citizens and irresponsible approach to lending for both the creditor and debtor side.
