[cze][eng] Tato práce analyzuje trh moderních open source redakčních systémů (CMS) a zabývá se problematikou návrhu a implementace internetových obchodů s využitím těchto systémů a jejich podpůrných nástrojů. Práce se dělí na čtyři části. První část se věnuje analýze trhu open source redakčních systémů (CMS) pro tvorbu internetových obchodů. Výsledky, komentáře a hodnocení jednotlivých CMS a také srovnávací charakteristika jsou představeny pro následující výběr nejvhodnější a optimální varianty podle autorem zadaných kritérií. Druhá část se zabývá rozborem specializovaných komponent pro tvorbu e shopů na redakčním systému vybraném v první části práce. Třetí část představuje návrh a implementace internetového obchodu na základě výsledků analýz z prvních dvou částí práce. Tato část je rozdělena do několika podčástí (fází), které popisují a ilustrují hlavní implementační kroky v procesu tvorby internetového obchodu. Čtvrtá část práce je věnována rozboru komerčních marketingových nástrojů zaměřených na rozvoj a maximální podporu prodeje a rozšiřuje standardní možnosti a funkce vytvořeného e shopu. Prvním z hlavních cílů je provést analýzu open source CMS a na základě autorem zadaných kritérií vybrat optimální variantu pro dosažení dalších cílů práce. Dalším cílem je samotná tvorba -- pomocí vybraného redakčního systému vytvořit internetový obchod, který by byl nejenom funkční, ale i přizpůsobený nejnovějším technologiím a požadavkům současného trhu elektronické komerce. Třetím cílem práce je rozebrat některé marketingové nástroje rozšiřující standardní možnosti vytvořeného internetového obchodu, které jsou orientovány na maximalizaci zisku provozovatele e shopu. Posledním cílem práce je na základě teoretických a praktických znalostí autora práce nabídnout čtenáři patřičné komentáře, tipy a doporučení k jednotlivým nástrojům, procesům a technologiím při tvorbě funkčního a efektivního e shopu. Poskytovaná informace může být užitečná pro provozovatele, vývojáře, webové programá-tory a uživatele internetových obchodů. Výsledky, postupy, příklady a rekomendace práce lze využít pro vzdělávací kurzy, statistické, analytické a jiné účely.This thesis analyzes the current open source content management systems market and deals with the design and implementation of online shops using certain systems and their supporting tools. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part focuses on the market analysis of the open source CMS for creating online stores. The results, comments and ratings of individual CMS and comparative characteristics are presented for the following selection of the most appropriate and optimal variant according to the criteria given by the author. The second part deals with the analysis of specialized components for creating e-shops using the CMS selected in the first part. The third part presents the design and implementation of the internet shop based on the results of analysis in the first two parts of the thesis. This part is divided into several subsections (phases), which describe and illustrate the main implementation steps in the process of creating an online store. The fourth part focuses on the analysis of commercial marketing tools aimed at developing and maximally supporting sales and extends the standard features and functions of the created e-shop. The first of the main objectives is to analyse open source CMS and based on the criteria given by the author choose the best option for achieving the other objectives of the thesis. Another objective is the creation itself -- using the selected content management system to create an online store that would not only be functional but also adapted to the latest technologies and demands of the current market for electronic commerce. The third objective is to analyse certain marketing tools expanding the standard options of the created internet store, which are oriented to maximize the profits of the e-shop operator. The last objective of the thesis is, based on author's theoretical and practical knowledge, to offer readers the appropriate comments, suggestions and recommendations of individual tools, processes and technologies for the creation of a functional and effective e-shop. The information provided by the thesis can be useful to operators, developers, web programmers and users of online shops. The outcome, methods, illustrations and recommendations of the thesis may be used for educational courses, statistical, analytic and other purposes.
