Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aktuální téma talent managementu. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů talentu, talent managementu, procesům talent managementu -- získávání, rozvoji a udržení talentovaných zaměstnanců v organizaci. Druhá část diplomové práce se nejprve zaměřuje na představení Unicornu a analýzu současného stavu talent managementu ve společnosti. Informace byly získány metodou rozhovoru se zainteresovanými zaměstnanci a prostudováním metodických materiálů společnosti. Dále se praktická část věnuje zhodnocení současného stavu práce s talentovanými zaměstnanci v Unicornu a návrhu opatření, jak tuto situaci zlepšit. Závěrečná část shrnuje výsledky a doporučení pro Unicorn. Master thesis is focused on the topic of talent management. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic terms of talent, talent management, talent management processes - acquisition, development and retention of talented employees in the organization. The second part of the thesis focuses firstly on the introduction of Unicorn and analysis of the current state of talent management in the company. Information was obtained by interviewing concerned people and by study of methodological materials of the company. Furthermore, the practical part presents an evaluation of the current state of work with talented employees in Unicorn and suggests improvements of the situation. The final section summarizes the outcomes and recommendations for Unicorn.
