Tato práce se zabývá interní komunikací v Agentuře pro podporu podnikání a investic CzechInvest. Jejím hlavním cílem je zanalyzovat současný systém interní komunikace, identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky a navrhnout řešení pro jeho zlepšení. Podklady pro analýzu byly získány především z vlastního kvalitativního a kvantitativního průzkumu a interních dokumentů organizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným charakteristikám interní komunikace (definice, subjekty, obsah, cíle, komunikační kanály a prostředky, význam), praktická část byla zpracována na základě výsledků z kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu, přináší samotnou analýzu interní komunikace a konkrétní návrhy, které by efektivitu současného systému měly zvýšit. This thesis deals with internal communication at the CzechInvest Investment and Business Development Agency. Its main objective is to analyze the current system of internal communication, identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose solutions for its improvement. Data for the analysis was obtained mainly from the author's own qualitative and quantitative research and the organization's internal documents. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part covers the general characteristics of internal communication (definition, stakeholders, content, goals, communication channels and means, significance); the practical part was prepared on the basis of the results of qualitative and quantitative research and brings the actual analysis of internal communication as well as specific proposals that should increase the effectiveness of the current system
