Podstatou tejto diplomovej práce je zanalyzovať podnikateľské podmienky pre otvorenie spoločensko-reštauračného zariadenia na pobreží Čierneho mora v Bulharsku, ktoré by bolo orientované na slovenských a českých turistov. Hlavným cieľom je zistiť, či by takýto projekt bol na jednej strane pre turistami prijatý a na druhej strane pre podnikateľa finančne lákavý. Preto po sumarizácií všetkých nazbieraných informácií, je potrebné rozhodnúť sa pre určitú variantu podnikateľského plánu, ktorý by bol skutočne realizovateľný. Súčasťou práce sú aj návrhy ďalších podnikateľských možnosti , ktoré by podnikateľské portfólio a aktívny podnikateľský čas počas roka zväčšili. Podstatou této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat podnikatelské podmínky pro otevření společensko-restauračního zařízení na pobřeží Černého moře v Bulharsku, které by bylo orientované na slovenských a českých turistův. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda by takový projekt byl na jedné straně pro turisty přijat a na druhé straně pro podnikatele finančně lákavý. Proto po sumarizaci všech nasbíraných informací, je třeba rozhodnout se pro určitou variantu podnikatelského plánu, který by byl skutečně realizovatelný. Součástí práce jsou i návrhy dalších podnikatelských možnosti, které by podnikatelské portfolio a aktivní podnikatelský čas během roku zvětšily. The basis of this thesis is to analyze business conditions for opening a restaurant or bar on the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria, which would be oriented to the Slovak and Czech tourists. The main objective is to determine whether such a project was on the one hand for tourists received and on the other hand for the entrepreneur financially attractive. Therefore, after the summarization of all the collected information, it is necessary to decide for a particular variant of a business plan that is actually feasible. As a part of this work some other suggestions of other business opportunities were added, supposed to widen the business portfolio and an active business time during the year.
