Cílem této diplomové práce je pomocí vybraných metod a nástrojů zpracovat strategickou analýzu podniku OLIVIER FOOD s.r.o., odhalit jeho silná i slabá místa a navrhnout strategii vedoucí ke zlepšení situace ve společnosti. The aim of this thesis is to make a strategic analysis of the company OLIVIER FOOD s.r.o. using selected methods and tools, to reveal its strengths and weaknesses and to propose a strategy to improve the situation in the company.
