Diplomová práca sa zaoberá ekonomickým vývojom Spojených arabských emirátov a sústreďuje sa na trh nehnuteľností a cestovného ruchu. Prvá kapitola sa venuje makroekonomickým ukazovateľom a zahraničnému obchodu. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na vývoj trhu nehnuteľností v SAE. Tretia kapitola popisuje trh cestovného ruchu SAE. Štvrtá kapitola je venovaná obchodným vzťahov ČR a SAE a perspektívam vzájomnej spolupráce. Diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickým vývojem Spojených arabských emirátů a soustřeďuje se na trh nemovitostí a cestovního ruchu. První kapitola se věnuje makroekonomickým ukazatelům a zahraničnímu obchodu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj trhu nemovitostí v SAE. Třetí kapitola popisuje trh cestovního ruchu SAE. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována obchodním vztahů ČR a SAE a zkoumá možnosti vzájemné spolupráce. This thesis is about the economic development of the UAE with a focus on the real estate market and tourism. The first chapter deals with macroeconomic indicators and foreign trade. The second chapter describes the development of the real estate market in the UAE. The third chapter focuses on the tourism market of the UAE. The fourth chapter examines the trade relations of the Czech Republic and the UAE and explores prospects for cooperation.
