Diplomová práca na tému Podnikateľské prostredie Kolumbie a pôsobenie spoločnosti Applied Meters, a.s. na danom trhu sa zaoberá analýzou podnikateľského prostredia, jeho dopadu na vybranú spoločnosť a perspektívami jej pôsobenia v Kolumbii do budúcnosti. Dôraz je kladený na prepojenie teoretických poznatkov a informácii o teritóriu Kolumbia, získaných na základe PEST analýzy, s ich praktickou aplikáciou na pôsobenie spoločnosti na trhu prostredníctvom SWOT analýzy. Úvodná časť práce popisuje jednotlivé zložky podnikateľského prostredia z pohľadu politického, ekonomického, sociálne-kultúrneho a technologického. Nosnou časťou práce je predstavenie spoločnosti Applied Meters, a.s., odhalenie jej motívov pre vstup na trh Kolumbie a najmä vplyv dopadov jednotlivých zložiek podnikateľského prostredia Kolumbie na jej podnikateľskú činnosť na danom území.Záver práce poukazuje na perspektívy podnikania vybranej spoločnosti na kolumbijskom trhu do budúcnosti. Diplomová práce na téma Podnikatelské prostředí Kolumbie a působení společnosti Applied Meters, a.s. na daném trhu, se zabývá analýzou podnikatelského prostředí, jeho dopadu na vybranou společnost a perspektivy jejího působení v Kolumbii do budoucna. Důraz je kladen na propojení teoretických poznatků a informací o teritoriu Kolumbie, získaných na základě PEST analýzy, s jejich praktickou aplikací na působení společnosti na trhu prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy. Úvodní část práce popisuje jednotlivé složky podnikatelského prostředí z pohledu politického, ekonomického, sociálně-kulturního a technologického. Nosnou částí práce je představení společnosti Applied Meters, a.s., odhalení jejich motivů pro vstup na trh Kolumbie a zejména vliv dopadů jednotlivých složek podnikatelského prostředí Kolumbie na její podnikatelskou činnost na daném území.Závěr práce poukazuje na perspektivy podnikání vybrané společnosti na kolumbijském trhu do budoucna. Master's thesis on the Business environment in Colombia and operation of Applied Meters, as on a given market deals with the analysis of the business environment and its impact on the selected company and prospects of its operations in Colombia in the future. The emphasis is on linking theoretical knowledge about the territory Colombia, obtained under the PEST analysis with their practical application to the action of the market through a SWOT analysis. Introductory section describes the different components of the business environment in terms of political, economic, socio-cultural and technological. The main part of the thesis is the introduction of company Applied Meters, a.s., revealing the motives for entering the market in Colombia and the implications of the impact of individual components of the business environment in Colombia on its business in a given area. Deduction highlights the prospects of the selected company on the Colombian market in the future.
