Německo-ruské partnerství je jedno z nevýznamnějších a zároveň nejdiskutovanějších hospodářských témat současnosti. Síla tohoto partnerství je dána především vzájemnou a propracovanou spoluprací, která se opírá o moc a význam obou zemí. Cílem této diplomové práce je vyobrazení vzájemných německo-ruských vztahů a nalezení odpovědi na otázku, zda je Německo na Rusku energeticky závislé. Předkládaná práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. První z nich se zabývá srovnáním německé a ruské ekonomiky a druhá pojednává o vzájemné obchodní spolupráci. Obě země jsou srovnány na základě makroekonomických ukazatelů a kultury, z čehož vyplývá i rozdílnost obchodního jednání. Řešeny jsou také otázky zahraničního obchodu zboží a služeb a přímé zahraniční investice, které tvoří stěžejní část práce. Přímé zahraniční investice jsou zde vyobrazeny na konkrétních příkladech a projektech. V návaznosti na tuto podkapitolu je v práci rozpracována aktuální problematika sankcí proti Rusku. Tato podkapitola má kvůli své rozsáhlosti vlastní dílčí vyhodnocení. V neposlední řadě práce poskytuje přehled současných bilaterálních smluv a dohod a organizací či institucí, které vzájemnou spolupráci zaštiťují. German-Russian relations are one of the most important economic topics discussed at present. The relations are strong thanks to a mutual and elaborate co-operation built on the power and importance of both countries. The goal of this thesis is to portray German-Russian mutual relations and find an answer to the question whether Germany is dependent on Russian energy supplies. The thesis has two main parts: the first is focused on a comparison of German and Russian economies, the second addresses trade relations. The comparison is based on macroeconomic indicators and culture in both countries, also showing the difference in business activities. Moreover, international trade in goods and services and foreign direct investment are discussed as well and are considered to be the key part of the thesis. Foreign direct investment is illustrated with particular instances and projects, followed by a chapter on the current anti-Russian sanctions. This chapter is rather extensive and therefore has its own interpretation. Finally, the thesis presents an overview of present bilateral agreements and contracts, including the organizations and institutions supporting the German-Russian co-operation.
