Tato práce na téma "Logistická regrese v manažerském rozhodování" má za cíl představit tento statistický nástroj, srozumitelně vysvětlit jeho hlavní principy a předpoklady a dále uvést příklady možného využití v různých oborech. V praktické části bude ukázána aplikace logistické regrese na reálná data zabývající se poptávkou po semestrálních pobytech v zahraničí. Bude zde zmapováno použití logistické regrese od sběru dat až po konečnou interpretaci a doporučení pro podporu manažerského rozhodnutí. This thesis with title "Logistic Regression in the Managerial Decision-making" aims to introduce this statistical tool, clearly explain its general principles and assumptions and then provide examples of potential applications in various fields. The practical part of the work will demonstrate application of logistic regression on real data dealing with the demand for semestral stays abroad. There will be mapped usage of logistic regression from data collecting to final interpretation and recommendations for managerial decision-making support.
