Tato práce se zabývá systémem Mini One Stop Shop a jeho implementací v IS Finanční správy ČR (ADIS). V první části práce je představena koncepce systému Mini One Stop Shop včetně základních pojmů a souvisejících legislativních dokumentů. V další části práce byla provedena analýza současných podmínek Finanční správy ČR v oblasti IS/ICT za účelem definice výchozího stavu pro realizaci oblasti plateb systému MOSS. Hlavním výstupem práce je návrh implementace oblasti plateb systému MOSS v ADIS, který je složen z detailní procesní analýzy, katalogu funkčních požadavků a příkladu konkrétního analytického zadání pro vybrané funkční požadavky. Hlavním přínosem práce je tak propojení obecných požadavků a principů systému MOSS, které jsou definovány jednotně pro všechny členské státy EU, s principy a postupy implementovanými v ADIS v konkrétní návrh implementace oblasti plateb systému MOSS. This thesis deals with the system Mini One Stop Shop and its implementation in IS of Financial Administration of the Czech Republic (ADIS). The first part describes the concept of the Mini One Stop Shop including basic concepts and related legislative documents. In the next part, were analyzed of the current conditions of the Financial administration of the Czech Republic in the area of IS / ICT in order to define a baseline for the implementation of MOSS payments area. The main outcome of this thesis is to design implementation of MOSS payments area in ADIS, which is composed of a detailed process analysis, catalog of functional requirements and an example of a specific analytical design for the selected functional requirements. The main contribution of this work is to link the general principles and requirements of MOSS that are defined uniformly for all EU Member States, with the principles and procedures implemented in the ADIS result in a the design implementation of MOSS payments area.
