Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro nově vznikající sportovní centrum tak, aby bylo možné jej realizovat při aktuálních tržních podmínkách v České republice. Dílčím cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled činností, které předcházejí samotnému založení firmy a poskytnout potenciálnímu začínajícímu podnikateli důležité informace pro zvážení jeho rozhodnutí a následnou realizaci projektu. Práce se opírá především o odborné poznatky dostupné ve specializované literatuře, profesní zkušenosti získané vlastním podnikáním, dále o průzkum trhu, analýzu konkurence, SWOT a PEST analýzu. Důležitým prvkem je provedení dotazníkového šetření a využití závěrů z něj plynoucích, které slouží pro lepší poznání cílového zákazníka, pochopení jeho potřeb a odhalení dalších podnikatelských příležitostí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici základních pojmů a rozbor podnikatelského prostředí v České republice s důrazem na sportovní odvětví. Dále je zde podrobně rozebrán podnikatelský plán, zejména zásady při jeho tvorbě, kritéria hodnocení a v neposlední řadě jeho struktura. Praktická část zahrnuje vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského plánu na založení komplexního sportovního areálu v Hradci Králové. Její součástí je popis podnikatelského záměru, identifikace klíčových osob, představení marketingové strategie, finančního plánu, analýzy rizik a časového harmonogramu projektu. Snahou autorky práce je vytvořit dostatečně kvalitní a reálný podnikatelský plán, aby mohl případně sloužit jako podklad pro oslovení investora či získání úvěru. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for the newly established sports centre so that it can be implemented in the current market conditions in the Czech Republic. The secondary objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the activities that precede the foundation of the company and give to a potential entrepreneur the important information to consider his decision and subsequent implementation of the project. The work relies primarily on the expertise available in the specialized literature, professional experience gained through my own business, as well as on market research, competitor analysis, SWOT and PEST analysis. An important element is the conclusion from the survey, which is used to better understand the target customers, their needs and tap additional business opportunities. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic concepts and analysis of the business environment in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on sports. There is also a detailed analysis of the business plan, particularly main principles, evaluation criteria and its structure. The practical part includes the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a sports complex in Hradec Králové. It includes a description of the business idea, key people, marketing strategy, financial plan, risk analysis and project schedule. The author wants to create a quality and realistic business plan that could possibly serve as a basis for addressing investor or obtaining credit.
