Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh strategie destinačního managementu na základě analýzy současného stavu nabídky cestovního ruchu města Olomouce a dotazníkového šetření mezi zvoleným segmentem. Teoretická část je zaměřená na problematiku cestovního ruchu, destinačního managementu, chování spotřebitele v cestovním ruchu, volný čas a cestování mladých. Analýza cestovního ruchu je provedena z pohledu zvoleného segmentu, kterým jsou studenti místních vysokých škol, v této části je využita metoda 6A a SWOT analýza. Díky výsledkům z dotazníkového šetření a analýze je navrženo doporučení pro místní destinační agenturu. Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of tourism in Olomouc, attitude to tourism and spending spare time by students. First part of the thesis is aimed on describing theory of tourism, tourism management, tourist behaviour, destination management, spare time and travelling of youth. Analysis of tourist trade in Olomouc was made from the student perspective. In this part 6A and SWOT method were used. The recommendation for destination agency in Olomouc was proposed according to analysis and questionnaire results for destination agency in Olomouc.
