Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením marketingového mixu LÚ Diamant, s důrázem na marketingovou komunikaci. Zaměřuje se na identifikaci faktorů, které zajišťují zvýšení návštěvnosti lázeňských zařízení. Pozornost také věnuje zhodnocení hlavních konkurentů v oblasti lázeňské péče. Se záměrem pochopit potřeby současných a potenciálních klientů společnosti byly využity 2 dotazníkové šetření (103 a 201 respondentů) a hloubkové rozhovory s 6 klienty LÚ Diamant. Výsledky z marketingových průzkumů následně umožnily formulovat vhodná doporučení se záměrem zviditelnit společnost na domácím a zahraničním trhu lázeňského cestovního ruchu a zvýšit celkovou návštěvnost společnosti během i mimo sezónu. Bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the marketing mix of LF Diamant, with an emphasis on marketing communication. It focuses on identify-ing the factors, that would ensure increasing the number of visitors in spa facilities. Attention is also focused on the assessment of the main competitors in the field of spa care. In order to understand the needs of current and potential clients of the company, there were used two questionnaires (103 and 201 respondents) and in-depth interviews with 6 clients of LF Diamant. Results from market research then allowed to formulate appropriate recommendations with the intention of raising the profile of the company on local and international market of spa tourism and increase number of clients in the company during off-season.
