Cílem této práce je popsat a porovnat 4 systémy na správu požadavků v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií. Čtenář se postupně dozví, jakého charakteru mohou požadavky nabývat a jaký je proces jejich řešení. Dále budou popsány 4 vybrané systémy, které budou hodnoceny podle předem definovaných kritérií, která budou na závěr vyhodnocena multikriteriálním hodnocením. The aim of this thesis is to compare four trouble ticket systems in the field of information and communication technologies. The reader will step by step learn what requirements can appear and what processes are applied to solve them. Further, four selected systems will be described and evaluated based on pre-defined single critera and at the end, the systems will be evalutaed on the multicriterial basis.
