Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením pevnosti lepené spáry u bukových tvarovaných překližek, odebraných z firmy TON a.s. Holešov. Dále budou měřeny vybrané fyzikální a mechanické vlastnosti překližovaných desek. V první části práce je uveden přehled nejpoužívanějších překližovaných materiálů a lepidel. V další kapitole se věnuji technologickému postupu výroby tvarovaných překližek v TON a.s. Holešov. Druhá část práce obsahuje metodiku měření vlhkosti, hustoty, pevnosti lepené spáry ve smyku, stanovení pevnosti v ohybu, modulu pružnosti v ohybu a obsahu formaldehydu v lepidlech s následným statistickým vyhodnocením měřených vlastností. Porovnávány jsou vzorky překližek lepené dvěma druhy lepidel. This thesis deals with the assessment of the strength of the bond line in beech molded plywood, taken from the company TON a.s. Holešov. There will also be measured selected physical and mechanical properties of plywood. The first part provides an overview of the most commonly used plywood materials and adhesives. The next chapter deals with technological process of production of molded plywood in TON a.s. Holešov. The second part contains a methodology for measuring moisture, density, strength of the bond line, determination of bending strength, modulus of elasticity in bending and the formaldehyde content of the adhesive with subsequent statistical evaluation of measured properties. Compared are samples of plywood bonded with two types of adhesives.
