Cílem diplomové práce byla analýza úspěšnosti strategického rozhodnutí sportovní organizace. Podcílem bylo zjištění posunu konkurenceschopnosti klubu a změny spokojenosti klientů se službami, které klub nabízí. Důsledky strategické změny byly hodnoceny na základě analýzy interního prostředí, externího prostředí a finanční analýzy. Data byla získána prostřednictvím vlastní lokální ankety v podobě dotazníkového šetření, z dostupných dokumentů a při osobním či telefonickém kontaktu. Práce se skládá z deseti kapitol, z nichž prvních pět je věnováno teoretické části a dalších pět praktické části. Cíl a účel práce jsou krátce popsány v úvodu. První kapitola je věnována neziskovým organizacím a druhá až čtvrtá kapitola popisuje strategii, strategický management a strategickou změnu. V páté kapitole jsou představeny analytické metody používané v oblasti strategického managementu. Šestou kapitolou je metodologie představující postupy a metody používané v praktické části. Sedmá kapitola je věnována představení sportovní organizace. Osmá kapitola prezentuje a interpretuje získaná data, která jsou implementována do analytických metod v deváté kapitole. Desátá kapitola shrnuje důsledky strategického rozhodnutí a návrh strategie. Výstup práce je prezentován v závěru. The aim of this dissertation was to analyse the success of strategic decision of the sport organisation. Another aim was to find out about the club competitiveness and how clients are satisfied with changes of the club's services. Consequences of these strategic changes were evaluated on the base of various analyses, such as analysis of internal and external environment and financial analysis. The data were obtained by using questionnaire and phone or personal contact with members of the club. This dissertation contains ten chapters, first five of which are dedicated to a theoretic part and the other five are dedicated to a practical part. The main aim and task are shortly described in the introduction. The first chapter is devoted to non-profit organizations and the second to forth chapter describe the organization strategy, strategic management and its change. In the fifth chapter are presented analytical methods which are used in area of strategic management. The chapter six shows the methods and procedures used in the practical part of this project. The seventh chapter is dedicated to a presentation of the sport organization. The eighth chapter presents and interprets the gained data, which are implemented into analytical methods in the ninth chapter. The tenth chapter summarize consequences of the strategic decision and also its concept. The output of this project is presented in the resume.
