Cílem práce bylo analyzovat přístup společnosti Globus k budování loajality zaměstnanců. Zjistit, zda-li došlo ke změně v přístupu společnosti k této problematice poté, co se její fluktuace zaměstnanců pohybovala na předních místech maloobchodních řetězců. The aim of this work was to analyze the company's approach to building Globus employee loyalty. Determine whether there was a change in the company's approach to this issue after its staff turnover stood at leading retail locations.
