Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na to, jak udělat firmu zajímavou pro kvalitní zaměstnance. Mým cílem je představení přínosů motivačních programů výhodných jak pro zaměstnance, tak i pro zaměstnavatele. Zabývám se zde příspěvky společnosti na penzijní připojištění a investiční životní pojištění, které se v posledních letech stávají stále populárnějšími motivačními programy. In my bachelor's thesis I focus on making a company interesting for high-quality workers. My aim is to introduce the main advantages of motivation programmes profitable for both the employees and the employers. In my thesis I deal with company's contributions to retirement income insurance and investment life insurance which have become more and more popular during the last few years.
