Práce se zaměřena na vyhodnocení dopadů strukturálních fondů EU na nestátní neziskové organizace v České republice. Je rozdělena do několika částí. první část je věnována vymezení, vývoji a nejčastějším právním formám nestátních neziskových organizací (NNO) v České republice. Druhá část se zabývá problematikou financování NNO a v poslední části jsou zhodnoceny pozitivní i negativní dopady strukturálních fondů na manažerské a finanční kapacity českých NNO. The work is intent on impacts of EU Structural funds on capacities of Czech Non-governmental organizations (NGOs). It is divided into three parts. the first past is focused on determination, development and some legal forms of Czech NGOs. The second part is devoted to financial resources of NGOs and in the last part of the work there are mentioned positive and negative impacts of Structural funds on manager and financial capacities of NGOs in the Czech Republic.
