Cílem této práce byla analýza všech firemních procesů, vytvoření procesní mapy, analýza rizik v jednotlivých procesech, jejich hodnocení a návrh opatření. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody, kterými pak bude analýza provedena v praktické části. Těmito metodami jsou vývojové diagramy a FMEA. The aim of this study was to analyze all business processes, to create a process map, analysis of risks in each process, their evaluation and to design solutions. The theoretical part describes methods of the practical analysis. These methods are flowcharts and FMEA.
